Noodle Pepper Chicken Soup

- 1 Pack of Pasaga
- 1 Cut Onion
- 1 Cut Bell Pepper
- 1 Can of Organic Mix Vegetables
- 1/2 of Breast Chicken
- 3 Tea Spoons of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Dashes of Red Pepper
- 1-2  Sticks of Celery
- First, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat in a large Dutch oven or pot. Then, lightly sauté the onion, peppers, vegitables, and celery, making sure not to brown the veggies.  
- Once the vegetables have become tender, about 8-10 minutes, add the red pepper and pasaga.  
- You may add water if your soup needs more liquid. Bring the soup to a roaring simmer and then turn the heat to low.  
- Cook low and slow for at least an hour. Season the soup with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
