Okra Onion Sausage Soup

- 1/2 of Cut Sausage ( Organic od choice
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Cubes Cut Onions
- 1 Can of Organic Mixed Vegetables
- Fresh Cut Okra
- 1 whole Can of Organic Tomatoes
In a Dutch oven, saute the first four ingredients in oil until the vegetables are tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
Stir in the tomatoes and okra and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until okra is tender. Serve with rice.
